Announcement on the release of the "Classification of Radioactive Devices
According to the "Regulations on the Safety and Protection of Radioisotopes and Radiation Devices" (State Council Decree No. 449) on the implementation of the provisions of the classification of radiation devices, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the existing "classification of radiation devices" (formerly the State Environmental Protection Administration Notice No. 26 of 2006) was adjusted and revised to develop a "classification of radiation devices", is hereby announced, from the date of publication Implementation. The original State Environmental Protection Administration Announcement No. 26 of 2006 is also repealed.
